TJ Rowland is the Proper Butchery, having been around for over 20 years in the Medieval Spon Street. All kinds of meat, hung on the bone to mature for three weeks. You can really taste the difference, and all meat, eggs and traditional sauces/pickles are locally sourced and are of exceptional quality. Moreover, you get personal advice from Mr Rowland himself on the best meat that would suit whatever you are anticipating to cook. Highly recommended, especially with the 10% discount but, this is where you can buy fresh, healthy responsibly sourced meat which would make your dish be on a new level!
